Babatunde combines rigorous commercial legal discipline with a modern understanding of emerging technologies. Having served as in-house Legal Executive at Telko MS and Legal Officer at March Media Communications, he has extensive hands-on experience structuring infrastructure agreements, master service contracts (MSAs), and sector-specific compliance with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and data protection authorities.
A certified commercial mediator, Babatunde regularly advises technology startups, telecommunications service providers, and established enterprises on founder agreements, venture financing, intellectual property commercialization, and risk-mitigated dispute resolution.
