EXECUTION MATTERS
Built for legal reality.
A digital click is not automatically a legally executed will.
Searcha Vault supports preparation, organisation and counsel collaboration. Counsel confirms the appropriate execution pack, formalities and evidence for your circumstances.
Understand the execution process ↗THE EXECUTION PACK
Preparation. Formalities. Evidence.
Counsel reviews the proposed instrument, confirms jurisdiction-specific requirements and prepares the relevant instructions and checklist. Client approval is a separate step from execution.
After execution, evidence must be reviewed before an instrument can be described as verified. Prior executed versions must be retained when an instrument is superseded or revoked.
Controlled release
A reported death or release request requires evidence, human review and appropriate approvals. Disputed or incomplete cases need further review. Non-response is never proof of death.
Continuing reviews
Agree a review schedule and notify counsel when assets, family circumstances or wishes change. Review prompts do not determine whether an instrument is legally valid.

Let’s structure
what happens next.
A more organised estate begins with a considered conversation about the people and things that matter most.
